1. Who we are
This website is operated by 109 Capital Partners LLP ("109 Capital," "we," "us," or "our"), 401 E Sonterra Blvd, Suite 375, San Antonio, TX 78258. For any privacy question or request, contact info@109capitalpartners.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
This is a brochure website with no on-site forms. If you choose to contact us - for example by email or telephone using the links provided - we receive the information you send us, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit, for security and to operate the site. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not use tracking pixels.
Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver those fonts, your browser connects to Google's servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google. This is described in Google's own privacy policy. If you would prefer we self-host our fonts to avoid this, let us know.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- To evaluate and pursue potential engagements, introductions, or relationships you have asked us to explore;
- To operate, secure, and improve this website; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the services you request or as required by law, including with: service providers who help us operate (such as our hosting and email providers); professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, and bankers, and - only with your knowledge in the course of an engagement - potential capital partners you have asked us to help you reach; and government or legal authorities where required. We do not disclose the substance of a prospective engagement to any third party without your authorization.
5. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and individuals in the EU/UK (under the GDPR), among others, may have such rights. To make a request, email info@109capitalpartners.com; we will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. You can also stop sharing information with us at any time by not contacting us and by asking us to delete what we hold.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
This website is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information you provide is processed here. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
